It's nice, though something makes me feel uneasy...sort-of looks like it was done in MS Paint. HA! I KNEW IT!

I think the buttons suck the most, they don't really fit and look pretty ugly. Make some new button gfx and theme will be good :D

My input regarding the buttons was referring to the custom theme Hellonagol made, not your site.

Not sure, but it seems like the same as a torrent if we're not the ones hosting the files anyway. I know i'd leave it up.

This isn't illegal (the moddable client) as long as the actual client exe isn't transferred through us.
